ISEE Simulator implemented at 10 training centers in 3 countries

E-Semble is currently implementing the ISEE Simulator in 8 Dutch Safety Regions, the Safety Academy of Estonia and the Fire Service & Disaster Management School in Koblenz.

For each of these end-users, ISEE will be configured to simulate their whole region or country with all the emergency response locations, rescue vehicles and rescue staff.
For some regions, like our most recent customer "Province of Brabant", the hospitals (including the emergency department, the ICU and the operating theatres) are simulated in detail.

ISEE Simulator is a tactical and strategic incident logistics training system which allows training centers to create large scale exercises with an accurate and realistic timescale. All deployment decisions in ISEE are calculated based on travel time and speed. Treatment actions like resuscitations and decontaminations can only be executed if appropriate staff and materials are available. And of course, these actions also take time.

ISEE Simulator was developed by E-Semble in an European Project which included Academic Partners from Belgium (Free University Hospital, Brussels), Italy (University of Eastern Piedmont, Novara) and Sweden (KMC, Linkoping). E-Semble works closely with these Universities to optimize the simulation software.
