The content, for example a learning target, is the most important aspect; software choices are always second priority.

We develop our products for instructors
The products we develop must be easy to use. You don’t have to be a computer expert to use them.

You are the instructor, not us
You have years of experience in training and exercising emergency response staff. We will not ask you to throw away any of your knowledge. Our software has been designed as a support tool, and not to replace your instructors or methods.

Service & Support

The success of educating, training and practicing with XVR strongly depends on the quality of the educational plan, qualified instructors and appropriate training areas.
This is why E-Semble doesn't only deliver the software package XVR, but also takes care of educating the instructors ('train the trainer') and supports the organisational implementation (e.g. the set-up of the training area).

In close consultation with a contact person from E-Semble each client composes a tailor-made implementation plan and service & support package. From 8:00 to 22:00 GMT+1 all XVR users can also call the helpdesk of E-Semble with questions about XVR.
