Manuals
As well as the support services via telephone, email and the internet, support is also provided by way of manuals. E-Semble provides the following manuals with every new version:
• Digital user’s manual including instruction videos. The manual is available as a paper version on request.
• Summarised manuals (quick reference cards) to be used for creating scenarios or in training sessions.
• Summarised installation manuals.
Installation
Users should install the improved versions on their computers in accordance with the E-Semble installation manuals.
If a user is unable to solve a problem with the improved version, E-Semble will request that the user sends the computer back to them.
E-Semble will pay for the cost of sending unless they can demonstrate that the user did not follow the directions provided.
System check
E-Semble offers all users who possess at least 4 XVR licenses (all environments) an annual system check completely free of charge. During the system check, staff from E-Semble will check the XVR PCs and make reinstallations where necessary so that they can run as efficiently as possible.
On location
If preferred, E-Semble can also provide support on location. The support may consist of software installation or may also include a train the trainer session. Support on location is not included in the support contract and will therefore be charged separately.
